Kebetulan pernah ngantor di salah satu merek elektronik raksasa korea dan divisi saya berhubungan langsung dgn bagian sc, topik service center memang komitmen mereka utk memuaskan pelanggan, bukan hanya servis di bibir. But again, semua adalah sebuah proses, dan dengan komitmen senior management maka akan lebih mudah/cepat terpenuhi :)
