Huawei A199 itu produk exclusive CT, jadi pasti locked ke CT. Kmrn sempet dapet rom yg unlock, trus ga sengaja gw OTA update malah jadi lock lagi hahahahaha... Lagi request flashing firmware unlocknya, kalo dah ok ntar gw dump deh supaya bisa dipake unlock semua CDMAnya :)
