Yoi. Alasan yg dipakai krn jumlah blok penomoran ponsel makin menipis. Hal ini krn org beli kartu perdana lalu buang setelah habis promo. Klo pke number portability kan bisa ganti operator tanpa ganti nomor. Org akan beli kartu perdana baru klo emg butuh di handset / gadget tambahan.
Masalahnya lagi2 krn ada operator anakemas yg bakal kelimpungan klo itu diterapkan.
