Aplikasi yang logonya robot ijo itu mungkin sudah terhapus file APK-nya di /system/app, namun belum terhapus file odex-nya.
Misal anda mempunyai aplikasi Maps, rincian aplikasi di /system/app adalah sebagai berikut: com.android.maps.APK com.android.maps.ODEX File yang APK sudah anda hapus, namun file ODEX-nya belum, maka di Manage Applications akan muncul nama aplikasi dengan robot ijo seperti itu. Solusinya ya hapus file ODEX yg ketinggalan, bisa pake Root explorer atau lewat ADB. Tapi dipastikan dulu kalau file APK aplikasi tersebut sudah pernah anda hapus.
