beberapa hari yang lalu temen saya ngalamin hal yg sama, solusinya sih remove existing account trus add lagi, kalau masih error coba add account gmail yg berbeda, di google play pilih account yang terakhir yg di add untuk download, kalau udah bisa buat update, switch lagi ke account awal.
