Beda, adb dilakukan dengan kondisi device dalam keadaan hidup normal. Sedangkan fastboot, device dalam keadaan bootloader.
Perintah untuk cek nya mirip "adb devices" dan "fastboot devices". Kalau semua driver sudah ok maka ketika perintah tsb dijalankan dengan keadaan device yg benar maka pada command prompt akan tampil serial number dari devices. Kalau tidak ok, tidak akan muncul apa apa.
