Setahu saya sih feature tsb berada di level launcher, jadi harus dari launcher nya yg support. Biasanya 3rd party launcher seperti nova & apex, sudah ada fitur seperti ini.
Jadi kalau touchwiz sebagai launcher tidak menyediakan ya gak bisa.
