According to *SamMobile*, the build number is identical to that of the leaked firmware from last Friday<http://bgr.com/2014/01/10/galaxy-s4-kitkat-update-leak/>. There is no word yet on when the update will start making its way overseas, but the delay between regions is rarely longer than a few weeks.
