Pengalaman dari launching S4, Samsung sendiri yang membuat useless smartphone nya. Dengan aplikasi S Health ada pada S4 tapi menargetkan kepada general buyer bukan spesifik. Di tambah dengan melempem nya aksesoris tambahan, malah hampir tidak di temui seperti S Band, Body Scale, Heart Rate monitor.
