Flash exact same ZIP again. This is phase 2 and very quick. When this finishes, reboot back to recovery. 5. Flash exact same ZIP one more time to execute phase 3. This is the actual patch process and will take some time. 6. When last flash finishes, wipe cache/dalvik and reboot to system.
