Kalo yang saya tangkap, jadi Autonomous System (AS) nya Indosat ini mengiklankan banyak IP (prefix) yang bukan punya mereka sehingga jalur pengiriman data di internet terganggu karena banyak paket yang semestinya dikirim ke tempat lain malah dikirim ke indosat. Nah yang mengiklankan ini memang benar Indosat sendiri atau orang lain "lewat" indosat yang harus diteliti lebih lanjut
