Thanks for letting us know about this issue. It looks like you've reached our limit of 25 devices enabled to receive push notifications for this account. This is preventing you from setting up a new destination. I've removed the additional destinations on this account, so you should be able to make changes to your notifications settings. In the future, you can remove push destinations that are no longer in use by going to your Application settings on the web (https://twitter.com/settings/applications) and revoking access to the Twitter for Android app. You will then need to remove your account from the app and sign back in to update your notification settings. For more information about setting up notifications for the Twitter for Android app, check out this article in our Help Center: https://support.twitter.com/articles/20169333 If your notifications are delayed, this is an issue with Google's C2DM push technology and is not an issue we can correct from our end.
