We already know the Dell Mini 5, or Streak, will be hitting AT&T later this year but the device has also just cleared the Federal Communications Commission with support for T-Mobile (NYSE: DT)’s 3G network.
The device will rock a large 5-inch touch screen, 5-megapixel camera, front-facing VGA camera and a host of connectivity goodies that you’d expect from a modern device. There’s no word on if T-Mobile will be subsidizing this to get it at a reasonable price, but I haven’t heard either way, yet. I’m highly intrigued by the Streak, as I think the screen size is just at the boundary of what is still “portable.” If I had to choose, I’d probably get it on T-Mobile because its data network is probably going to be faster than AT&T (NYSE: T)’s network for the next few years. http://www.intomobile.com/2010/04/19/dell-android-tablet-coming-to-t-mobile.html -- Salam, Agus Hamonangan http://groups.google.com/group/id-android Gtalk : agus.hamonangan Tweet :@agushamonangan Japri : [email protected] -- "Indonesian Android Community [id-android]" Join: http://groups.google.com/group/id-android/subscribe?hl=en-GB Moderator: [email protected] ID Android Developer: http://groups.google.com/group/id-android-dev ID Android Surabaya: http://groups.google.com/group/id-android-sby ID Android on FB: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=112207700729
