Bkn permission buat ngopy-nya, bro.. permission baca tulis file-nya sndiri.. abis di-copy ke /system/app, tap and hold di file-nya, terus pilih Permissions, abis itu set read/write di User, yg laennya kasi read permission aja.. abis itu reboot.. smoga bisa.. :)
