Saya juga pernah ngalami ini, juga setelah instal helix. Semua tombol ga fungsi. Kalo pencet menu dia cuma kedip" doang, ga mau masuk jadi layar blank item doang gitu. Akhir nya flas ulang. Masih trauma pake helix. Hehe

Akhirnya saya coba backup dulu di recovery mode, kemudian wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, dan factory reset :) setelah nge wipe, applikasinya ga ilang sama sekali sih yang di sdcard itu dan ketika cobain satu-satu aplikasi yang tadinya force close terus ternyata sudah kembali lancar ...
