major win for samsung imo :))) at least in its chip foundry business In an official press release today, Samsung states that mass production of chipsets using its 14nm Low-Power-Plus (LPP) process has begun. Qualcomm is listed as one of its customers and the Snapdragon 820 will be built using the 14nm LPP process. According to Samsung, the new 14nm LPP process can offer up to 15% higher speed and 15% lower power consumption over the previous 14nm LPE process. This is possible through the enhancements in transistor structure and process optimization. Consumer devices powered by the Snapdragon 820 processors are expected to hit the market in the first half of this year. In case you missed it, the Le Max Pro smartphone is the first Snapdragon 820-powered smartphone. The Galaxy S7 and Xiaomi Mi 5 are likely to be the next smartphones to be equipped with this chipset. http://news.samsung.com/global/samsung-announces-mass-production-of-2nd-generation-14-nanometer-finfet-logic-process-technology -- ========== Toko Headphone & Earphone Terlengkap dan Terbaru Kunjungi >> http://bassaudio.net ---------------------- Kontak Admin, Twitter @agushamonangan ----------------------- FB Groups : https://www.facebook.com/groups/android.or.id Aturan Umum ID-ANDROID >> goo.gl/mL1mBT ========== --- Anda menerima pesan ini karena Anda berlangganan grup "[id-android] Indonesian Android Community" dari Google Grup.
