Iya coba dicek forum2 itu untuk file PRL yang benar. Btw untuk kasus saya, kemaren itu pas inject pertama kali sempat ngga bisa telp & sms. Bingung juga soalnya semua setting (harusnya) udah bener. Hasil coba sana-sini, ternyata winmo saya di Phone - Menu - Options ada menu Assisted Dialing yg defaultnya ke US. Setelah diganti ke Indo ternyata lancar jaya.
