Resistance and Persuasion Put quite simply there is not a better book available today on the topic of resistance. Dr. Knowles does a wonderful job of breaking down the different types of resistance and showing which strategies overcame or created less resistance. What is really like about this book is that it is based on hard science and real studies, not hypothetical ideas of what could or should happen. This book is a must for anyone serious about persuasion, sales, marketing, advertising, or negotiating.
