Sebenarnya tanpa program "MS Front page" pun ext. chm seharusnya tetap bisa di baca.
Mungkin anda pernah menginstall program lain utk membuat file ext. chm atau sebangsanya? Karena saya sendiri pernah mengalami hal yg sama setelah menginstal program seperti itu dan kemudian un-install, ujung2nya file ext. chm ngga bisa dibaca lagi. Solusinya saya install ulang windowsnya...
