known: 1 byte = 8 bits
hence: 64 / 8 = 8 k_byte_/sec
tapi untuk modem pstn:
1 byte butuh 10 bit (8 bit data + 2 start & stop bit)

At 1.5 sec ---> speed ~= (4kb / 1.5) * 2 (bolak balik) = 5.4 kbytes/sec
At 2 sec ---> (4kb / 2) * 2 = 4kbytes/sec
Kesimpulan bandwith 32kbits/sec (min) sampai 43.2kbits/sec (max)
tapi 64kbps itukan ideal, pasti ada overhead, load, dll.
