nggak tau kalo di srm.conf anda tidak ada commentnya, tapi di saya sih ada
begini:
# UserDir: The name of the directory which is appended onto a user's home
# directory if a ~user request is recieved. ^^^^^^^^
UserDir public_html
jadi ya ~user/public_html lah..
