Boss cheelonk, Kalo hard reset saya sering bos (hold power button, terus teken tombol reset) biasanya setelah itu kan keluar "Yes/No" question untuk konfirmasi, naa... tapi kalau kasus ini. Yes/No nya ga keluar alias diem aja di screen 'Palm Powered'... melotot aja itu screen... terus.. dan terus.. sampe batrey nya drain juga masih di situ 'Palm Powered'
