dear retno... setau saya kalau kasusnya seperti itu, mungkin memory yang ada di internal terlalu penuh, lebih baik dipindahkan dulu data2 yang ada di handheld, kalau tidak segera mungkin dipindahkan bisa jadi data yang ada didalam handheld tidak bisa diselamatkan, kalau sudah dipindahkan coba di synchronise lagi mudah2an berhasil dan selamat mencoba.
