Masih garansi ga Pak ? sdh coba soft reset ? kalo ga bisa juga, coba backup dan hard reset dan test Treo nya tanpa install program apa2x. Kalau Treo nya bisa tanpa install program apa2x, berarti software conflict.
Kalau masih ga bisa walau sdh ngga install program apa2x berarti hardware problem, kalau masih garansi contact Palm Technical Support minta tukar di 57900995.
