saya pengguna E2 baru2 ini menghadapi masalah saat hotsync dengan kabel

waktu m ocoba hotsync ternyata keluar pesan di layar E2 sperti ini:
hotsync operation was interrupted. some of your data will not backed up
knapa bisa demikian yah? apakah kabelnya yang rusak soalnya waktu coba
pinjem kabel punya temen (aslinya punya T5) berhasil
trus, apa sih penyebab kerusakan pada si kabel?
tnx anyway, maaf kalo bahasanya kurang ngegadget. maklum bukan pengguna
biasa yang lagi blajar ajdi inspektur gadget ^_^ hehehe
