Tidak tergantung operator kok pak, saya sudah tanya teman saya di Telkomsel, katanya feature ini adalah dari handset dan operator, jika handset di set untuk menerima delivery report, maka operator akan mengirim delivery reportnya.
Saya malah berpikir ini karena masalah pada OS nya, jadi OS yang di bundle(lock) dengan paket dari provider akan mempunyai feature delivery report. Sedang yang tidak dibundle (unlock) tidak mempunyai feature ini. Saya sudah coba kirim email ke support palm, tapi belom dibales.
