This would indicate that this could have been accidentally deleted an incompatibility issue with another application or corrupted data on the device, more so if you have upgraded from another Treo smartphone device and using the same username. To resolve the problem, you would need to isolate the core application information from the installed application on your unit by performing a Hard Reset on your Treo 680.
