We thank you for your feedback.

We are unable to replicate the problem at our end. Hence, we suggest
that you re-install mundu IM on your device following the below
mentioned steps and then try using mundu IM:
1. Firstly, install the attached "MunduUnInstallv4.1.prc" on your device.
2. Run the mundu Uninstall application from the launcher. This will do
a complete cleanup of the existing mundu IM Preferences on your device.
3. After uninstalling; please install the attached
"munduIM_for_palm_4.1.0.prc" on your device.
4. Upon installation; request you to perform a SOFT reset on your
device and then use mundu IM.

Please let us know if the problem persists.
