memang tidak semua device AT&T atau GSM handset di us frekeuensinya beda, misal samsung blackjack ok2 aja disini. mereka bikin device universal untuk world wide. bgitu juga BB. tp kalau seperti Palm Pre Plus itu, dan Q9, mereka punya versi eropa dan versi US. misal Q9 di asia so pasti itu european version, dan Q9 milik saya adalah spec US yang paling banter jalan di EDGE.
