Saya juga kurang paham mengenai peraturan moderator mengenai apa yang ditulis di milis. Menurut intuisi saya, apa yang Anda tulis di milis, sebagai forum *publik*, berarti Anda sudah melepas hak untuk "copyright" terhadap apapun yang anda tulis, termasuk itu source code. Creative Commons sendiri beda dengan GPL. dan Creative Commons juga ada beberapa varian. Wiki Ruby sendiri *beda* dengan milis id-ruby. Dan saya pikir sah-sah aja untuk mencomot apapun dari milis, apapun milis itu (tidak hanya id-ruby), seperti Anda juga bebas mencomot dari forum-forum atau newsgroup di Internet. Wiki Ruby emang sengaja memberi kredit/attribution seperti yang sudah ada debat sebelumnya dengan Tuan moderator... dan karena Wiki *belum tentu* mencomot isi milis id-ruby dengan 100%, karena mungkin saj a setelah itu diubah/dimodifikasi dsb., tentu saja jadinya ada perlu untuk memperjelas lisensi. Jadi intinya, di Wiki akan selalu disebutkan kredit (kalo dari milis) bahwa info tersebut *asalnya* bersumber dari milis, tapi bukan 100% verbatim. dan apa yang ditulis di Wiki boleh juga dicomot oleh siapapun dengan catatan mencantumkan sumbernya yaitu Wiki Ruby. -- Hendy Irawan www.hendyirawan.com [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
