Our goals are lofty, we want to be the next Drupal / Joomla / Plone package, but for the ruby world. We are combining CMS / CRM / E commerce / Project management and Communications into one online package. Open Sourced, but also available as a hosted solution. Our mission is to engage ruby developers, graphic designers and CRM / web consultants with our solutions. We want to be a one touch install in every ruby on rails hosting companies control panel. We want to have through and detailed documentation that shows new users (both technical and non technical) how to get their systems up and running. We want to have a vibrant community of implementation experts (designers / web developers) that can take the tools that we've created with XLsuite and set them up for new commercial implementation requests. (custom look, pre set searches, group permissions set up, custom modules or functionality added) If you are excited about Ruby on Rails, feel you're ready for a leadership role in the open source community, enjoy managing people, understand motivations and know how to get the best out of people... we need your help. This is a volunteer position to begin with, but would likely move into a paid position for the right person within 12 to 24 weeks.
