I haven't decided yet, whether it must be Toronto or not, for me as long as I can be in a cold and suitable place it's fine. Anyway for me the best working place is when there's no boss who ask you do this and do this, all are based by initiative, for example a ruby developer like me will say : hey, I'll join ECommerce Platform on Monday. when we're free to go or not to go to the office, it's okay to work 4 hours a month or just whatever we like as long as we can reach the accomplishment or do more works with more income or could be rewards such as equity or nice facilities. There are many other factors, but I'm afraid it'll be too long, so.. besides, working with a solid team would make our life happy :-) (solid also means one and another in a team opens and knows what others are doing right now). I found this ;-) and I will only be with anyone who can understand me well (not only high income, but also good trust/appreciation => meaning simply being nice to me). Kalau soal pingin kerja dimana gitu, enaknya pas ketemuan gitu trus ngobrol2x deh, biasanya prosesnya juga lebih cepat, karna dari situ biasanya kalo ada yg bisa "paham" juga biasanya langsung "ngerasa" kalo ada yang bisa "diculik". daripada kalo nggak tau, trus kirim resume ya memang musti pamer kekuatan sama tu orang biar dia ngeh. arie
