Well, windows xp minimal perlu 1GB, vista 1GB kurang karena memang performancenya jelek sekali. Jadi 2GB untuk vista bisa setara lah dengan xp 1GB performance-nya.
Tapi di luar itu, running ruby dan rails di windows memang sangat tidak menyenangkan.
