ceritanye lagi maen heroku nih,nah pas mw db:push akn mesti ngistall/terinstall
gem taps dulu, pas nyoba $ sudo gem install taps
taps-nye blm bisa ke install, lengkapny sbg brikut:
$ sudo gem install taps
