kalo aku bikin whipping cream-nya 500, krn aku pake anchor whipping cream satu kotaknya 250 ml jadi tanggung. gulanya 100 gr aja udah cukup manis. Tiramisu (Chilled/unbaked) Bahan:
400 gr whipped Cream (yg dibotol tinggal dikocok), ..bisa juga whipped cream yg cair..sebanyak 400 gr juga 1 pak mascarpone (250 gr) 1 cangkir gula pasir/ castor 1 cangkir kopi instant, diseduh panas 1 pak biscuit lady fingers 1 cangkir coklat bubuk (buat taburan diatasnya) 1/2 cangkir whiskey, kahlua atau Rhum (kalo misalnya gak pake juga gak papa) Cara membuat - Susun deh biscuit lady fingernya rapi dipirex... - Trus oles tiap2 biscuit sama kopi, pake kuas olesan kue.. - Trus olesi lagi tiap2 biscuitnya sama Whiskey, Kahlua atau Rhum - Sementara itu kocok whipped cream, gula pasir, mascarpone sampe tercampur rata.. - Tuang deh sedikit demi sedikit diatas biscuitnya sampe rata.. - Susun lagi sisa biscuit (kalo masih ada), oles lagi sama seperti yg tadi.. - Taruh lagi atasnya sama kocokan whipped cream sampe habis.. - Didinginkan dulu deh dikulkas kira2 3 jam-an gitu...., baru nanti ditaburin coklat bubuk diatasnya..
