Steps to recreate
--------------------
1. Login to IS admin console.
2. Go to, Card Issuer Configuration |Edit Card Issuer Configuration.
Issues:
--------
1. Configuration can be updated without the "Card Name".
2. "Valid Period" accepts text values also.
3. Nothing happens when you give special characters to "Card Name" & "Valid
Period" fields.
