The personal ID that was registeres in a previous build cannot be used in the
new build.

Steps to recreate:
--------------------
1. I created few personal information cards in yesterday's nightly.
2. From today's build I tried login to IP using one of those personal
information cards.
Issue:
------
When I click on the "i" icon to login using a "personal information card" it
showed me the cards that I've created in the last version of the IS software.
But when I tried accessing the system using them, it proccessed for a while and
brought me back to the login page.
It did not alleast motify of any error. Also if these past "personal
information cards" are not usable, can we make them invisible OR inactive in
the Windows card space tool.
