Not the whole From: field. Especially not the email address.
And, 1342 is obsoleted by 1522, which is obsoleted by 2045, 2046,
2047, 2048, and 2049 which in turn are updated by 2184 and 2231.
All of this is found by just looking in the RFC Index file.
All of this is then updated by the new versions of RFC 821 and 822,
which are in the RFC Editor queue.
