For Central African, a syllabary effort only recently begun, several of the characters are in the Latin scripts, and several are not, and several more are presently in the private use area. Can you comment on DUDE and smaller sets of characters with this distribution property (two or more "clusters", some low-range, some mid-range and/or some private-use range)? Eric
