As agreed at the ietf meeting, the editors of the requirement document will
make a final revision of the document in the next few weeks. People are
invited to submit their comments to the mailing list by specifically
providing the diffs (old text, new text).
Deadline: by Aug 21st.
Then, unless something contentious, we will proceed for wg last call.
