This is not something that -- if it is done at all -- should be
encoded into a domain name.  It would more properly be done as a new
RR, which means that if you intend to pursue it then you should submit
it to dnsext.

But I don't really suggest that you try that.  I'd hate to see you put
any effort into developing a formal draft just to see it die a flaming
death on namedroppers.
