I mean the burden is on you to demonstrate that it's worth
the trouble that would be required to further reduce the 
average length of label representation, and you haven't yet
provided any support for this argument.

the question is not whether there are benefits, the question
is whether they are worth the extra complexity and overhead,
and the additional delay in getting IDNs out the door.
