What exactly shows up on the Hotmail mail-reading web page if the
message contains your name in UTF-8, without further encoding?
What exactly shows up on the Hotmail mail-reading web page if the
message contains your name in Moore's =?...?= MIME encoding?
What about replying to messages with 8-bit bytes? Is there any problem?
What about 8-bit bytes in domain names?
Of course, Hotmail has central control over their software and can
rapidly deploy a new version, so this is all much less important than
what traditional mail clients do, but it's still an interesting example.
