This is why [30] (which vanished silently from the requirements) is of such
interest -- universal scope is so attractive, until some specific cases are
considered. I know what equivalences to make for these:

        U+0222 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER OU
        U+0223 LATIN SMALL LETTER OU

I don't expect anyone else to. Is "8abenaki" "wabenaki" and "ouabenaki" and ...
