IE 5.1 for MacOS X follows the links. However, I've heard from a couple
of sources that recent versions of IE for Windows screw up. Apparently
IE is sending a corrupted \357\200 instead of \317\200.

I'm interested in hearing an explanation from the Microsoft people here.
