[idn] iDN Choices presentation

I've posted a copy of the slides used for my "iDN Choices" presentation at 
the London IETF, last week.

This version has minor corrections from the version used at the working 
group meeting, and I have added some commentary text that approximates the 
comments I made during the presentation.
