it appears that you characterizing a fundamental scaling property of any
sequence of binary-valued tokens -- the 2^^N problem, as non-technical. You
also wrote:

I don't agree.

It doesn't change the scaling property to associate Verisign price points
or bits of colored glass to the required user- and registry-acts and the
stored state required for each if TC/SC isn't included.
