Eric, Rechartering takes a while..we are still thrashing the wordings. If you have any proposed wording changes, then please provide them. Saying you "disagree" or "I dont like this" does not help me when I am trying to tune the changes. It is much easier if you are more explicit.
Personally, I feel that there are a few sentence which I feel should be dropped or change.
