There are many good reasons: 1. it is clear our action items have missing items. some of the action items are outdated and no longer relevant to the group.
2. the clarification of many technical information we now know which we dont 2 years ago. 3. we started with an "explorative" charter to look for a solution. time to refocus the group to actually produce a solution. (unless of course we want the group to continue this never ending quest to find the perfect solution). 4. goal & milestone is outdated too.
