Good catch. Both. > labels can all be digits. host names cant. If memory serves, we fixed the 3com problem in 1123, so someone is making the claim that "3" can't be a hostname. In my more unimaginative youth I used digits as hostnames, which only proves I've fewer hosts now. Chapter and verse would be helpful, unless I've somehow managed to misquote or mischaracterize yet another of James' wild swings at authority, and he actually wrote "hostnames can (be all digits also)".
